Bio 190 is a new generation bio-shredder, combining different systems of shredding organic and vegetable waste, using a single feed opening, a double chipping and shredding system with grid refining and subsequent ventilation at 200 cm from the floor. The machine comes with an engine or with a shaft to be attached to a tractor power take-off. The bio-shredder type Bio 190 can be fitted with a petrol engine or an electric engine. The grinding system is made of two parts: the first one, the chipper, is used to cut wooden or fibrous materials, such as wood, linden tree, and willow; the second one, by means of little hammers, triturates leaves, hedges, kitchen waste, etc. A good operation is granted even if pebbles or nails have been introduced accidentally. The fineness of the final output can be adjusted through a sieve. The natural transformation of the biologic triturated material originates a substance rich in protein, which can be used fertiliser.
