Bio 1900 is the most impressive chipping and shredding machine available on the market, with features designed to acomodate vegetable refuse by way of loaders and claws. The infeeding system is automatically assisted. Its safety system ensures the entirely safe functioning with only one operator aboard. The machine is fitted with additional rejection rolls and pre-shredders. The shredding output is calibrated by the post-shreding grid, recycling the material that hasn't reached the proper size. The hopper is equipped with an innovative system allowing the adjustment of the charging speed and volume. The bio-shredder is also provided with a self-cleaning system, that grants the mincing of the fibrous material. The discharge of the final output is performed by means of the hydraulically adjustable discharging conveyor belt. It is possible to install a magnet in the discharge chamber, in order to collect the eventual metallic objects. The engine is placed in an easily accessible maintenence chamber with a protection coat against fire and noise, that preserves the equipment from overheating due to the external temperature or the heat resulted from mechanicaly precesses during the shredding sessions. The standard equipments of these series are provided with automatic centrifugation by way of a hydraulic clutch with soft-starter and anti-choque control, in order to prevent the machine from constant mechanical intrusion of accidental materials. The shredder is controlled by an electronic system, that helps reducing the volume of residues by biomass recovery. Available for towing on different types of trailers for road transport.
