The bio-shredder type Bio 60 can be powered by a 220 or 380 Volts electric engine or by a petrol engine. The shredding system consists of two parts: the first one, named chipper, allows cutting fibrous materials, such as wood and willow; the second one, a set of mobile hammers, triturates leaves, hedges, and kitchen waste. A good operation is granted even if pebbles or other tough materials have been introduced accidentally. The fineness of the final output can be adjusted by way of a sieve. The transformation of the biologic triturated material originates a high-protein organic substance, which can be used as fertiliser.
