The new generation Bio 230 chipper shredder is the ideal synthesis of the different organic and vegetable waste shredding systems. It features a single feeder chute and one feeder roller for feed-in operations, a double chipping and shredding system with screen-adjusted shredding size and subsequent ventilation via a 2 metre high blower discharge. Chipping is a process providing for the transformation of various sized and shaped wood slash into small, even chips, by way of cutting operations. Bio 230 has thus been specifically engineered for companies operating in the timber market sectors, for forest and park maintenance and for the production of wood chips used to feed central heating systems equipped with a feeding auger. Wood chip and compost chip fineness is adjusted by way of a sieve. Natural transformation processes on the relative organic mulch result in a high-protein organic substance ideally implemented for fertilisers. The Bio 230 comes in either petrol or diesel motor versions, with tractor power takeoff, or in a 380V electric motor version.
